Job Description

The Hospital Transporter reports to the Division Operations Manager and operates under general supervision. This role is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transport of patients throughout the MUSC campus while maintaining a high standard of patient care. Additionally, this position supports the movement and positioning of essential medical equipment, including wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, beds, and related items, within the hospital.

Education: High School Degree or Equivalent Work

Experience: 0-6months

Licenses/Certificates: BLS required
