You are a highly organized, execution-driven project manager who thrives on bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex initiatives. You excel at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects on track from planning through completion. You are skilled at scoping, organizing, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational priorities. Most importantly, you are passionate about using your gifts to support ministry and help advance Lakepointe's mission across every campus.
What you'll do:
  • Support the Lead Pastor of Operations and Director of Construction with project planning, management, and budgeting
  • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Partner with leaders across IT, Facilities, Communications, Production, Security, and Finance to prioritize and align initiatives
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure clarity and accountability
  • Serve as the "hub" for operational project activity across all campuses
  • Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, and reporting structures
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and consultants as needed
  • Assist in managing project budgets, bids, and contracts
  • Communicate project timelines, progress, and ministry impact to ministry leaders
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to staff members and church members
