Position Summary: Are you passionate about using your artistic talents to glorify God? As a Sunday Experience Ministry Intern at 3Crosses, you will play a vital role on our Team. This part-time position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week. You will gain hands‐on experience in various aspects of the creative arts ministry, including assisting with music, production, and visual arts. Uplink: Experience Pastor Classification: Salary; Part Time; Exempt; Temporary; 20 hours per week Start Date: August 24th, 2026 End Date: August 30th, 2027 Works Closely With: Worship Team, Production Team, Student Ministry Team and Guest Experience. Sunday Experience Primary Vision: To equip the saints for works of service while creating meaningful experiences that lead people to Jesus and connect them to our community. Involve: We strive to connect people to the mission and community of 3Crosses Church. Invest: We strive to invest in our teams by providing opportunities for personal and spiritual growth, equipping them to serve effectively in ministry and mission. Key Areas of Responsibility: Assist the Worship Team with music and technical needs during rehearsals and services (as assigned). Support the Production Team with setup, operation, and teardown of equipment (as assigned). Contribute to visual arts projects as needed (e.g., graphic design, photography, videography). Participate in Sunday Experience Ministry meetings and training sessions. Uphold and promote the values and mission of the church in all activities. Act as a positive representative of the Sunday Experience Ministry Team. Benefits: Accrued paid sick time, 1 hour per 30 hours worked Compensation: $1,475.00 a month Schedule: 20 hours per week: Tuesdays: 9:30am-12:30pm (3 Hours) Wednesdays: 5:00pm-9:00pm (4 hours) Thursdays: 4pm-9pm (5 hours) Sunday Mornings: 6am - 2pm (8 hours) Hours include flexibility for occasional outreach and special events. The Ideal Candidate Will : Have a passion for using your artistic talents in a ministry setting. Experience in one or more creative arts areas (e.g., music, production, visual arts) is preferred. Basic knowledge of creative arts software and equipment is a plus. Be able to stay up to date on current trends, methods, and materials related to the responsible area of ministry. QUALIFICATIONS: A deep personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a heart for serving others. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruiting, scheduling, and leading volunteers. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other departments and teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively and efficiently. Availability to work on Sundays and participate in events outside of normal work days such as outreaches.
