Methodist Hospital is looking to hire a Food Services Supervisor - to join our - team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary: The Nutrition and Food Service Supervisor supervises the activities of their direct and indirect reports to assure all activities in the Nutrition and Food Services Call Center, Kitchen, and Cafeteria provide high quality customer service and food products to our patients, visitors, and staff. This position includes hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluation, and disciplining staff. This role oversees operations, safety, continuous improvement projects, and compliance with HealthPartners and other regulatory agency standards.
Work Schedule: FTE 0.6, 24 hours per week, variable start times, days/evenings, every other weekend, and rotated holidays.
Minimum Qualifications: Experience in a hospital nutrition department call center. Two years' experience in a foodservice, operation (healthcare desired).
Preferred Qualifications: Registered Dietetic Technician, Dietary Management, or post-secondary nutrition education.
