ENGINEER
Chicago, IL
Pay Rate (COE)- $36.00 - $40.00 PH
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and safety across operations.
  • Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for equipment, systems, and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including production, quality, and maintenance-to deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to apply new technologies and methods.
  • Participate in capital projects from concept through implementation.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant engineering experience in a manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with engineering software, tools, and systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
