Job Description
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Software Testing with expertise in leading large testing engagements
  • At least 4 years of experience in Test strategy, Test Planning, Test Case Design, Test Estimations, Test Execution, Analysis & Test Reporting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in AMI Head End, CIS, Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM 1.6 and higher versions),CC&B projects (Meter Reading, billing, campaigns, Customer service, collections, Financial controls, power billing and reporting modules), - this should include planning, execution and reporting
  • Experience with Utilities domain
  • Good Knowledge of AMI applications/landscape
  • At least 3 years of experience in leading team size greater than 10
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Possess good Analytical skills
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills- experience in client interfacing roles is an advantage
  • Knowledge of HP Suite of Tools (HP ALM, HP Quality Center, HP UFT/QTP,SOAP UI)
  • Excellent communication and client interfacing skills - should possess the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders
  • Should be able to analyze test reports/results and provide high level recommendations
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
