We are currently seeking a talented individual to become a Revenue Audit Clerk. An individual could be successful if they possess the following.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Revenue Audit Clerk is responsible for conducting the daily audit on the Slot Machines and Table Games and Player Services. This includes identifying and researching any variances between metered and actual data, producing reports to reflect daily activity and making sure that all the documents received from other departments are complete, correct and signed.
  • Prepare reports daily for the above audits and distribute via e-mail to appropriate personnel
  • Perform random audits of the Soft Drop, Cheque Inventory and Table Games procedures
  • Prepare and file Currency Transaction Reports with the federal government
  • Perform meter readings on CGS machines each month
  • Develop knowledge of Oaklawn Jockey Club's System of Internal Controls & how the internal controls relate to Casino Games of Skill
  • Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Responsible for the overall achievement of department customer service goals.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.   • 1-2 years office experience
  • College courses in a related field (i.e. accounting, finance, business)
