Laboratory Support Technician II (Metallurgical Lab) - Novi, Michigan
Contract position through end of September, 2026
Pay Rate: up to $44.00 per hour
Description of the Laboratory Support Technician II (Metallurgical Lab) :
Conduct diverse metallurgical evaluations utilizing equipment of the metallurgical lab including: shearing, machining, tensile testing, bending, metallography and microscopy. Complete testing and clearly communicate technical information and results. Efficiently execute tasks while ensuring quality of results. Utilize equipment in a safe operating manner and in compliance with Client's safety standards. Specific experience in outlined metallurgical evaluations is not required, but would be beneficial. Candidates must be comfortable operating lab equipment and willing to learn and follow clearly defined procedures.
A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
