The analyst partners closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to resolve day-to-day system issues, improve process alignment, and deliver clear, usable reporting

Success in this role requires a high degree of ownership, initiative, and collaboration.   Key Responsibilities - ERP System Support & Issue Resolution Serve as the first point of contact for ERP-related questions, issues, and small enhancements; troubleshoot problems and coordinate fixes with vendors as needed. - Process & System Alignment Help ensure business processes are accurately reflected in the ERP by documenting workflows, clarifying system usage, and identifying gaps between operations and system behavior. - Data Quality & System Hygiene Support master data accuracy and consistency (items, BOMs, routings, inventory, customers) and assist with validation, cleanup, and ongoing upkeep.

- Reporting & Data Enablement Create, maintain, and improve standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and data views to support operational and financial decision-making. - User Enablement & Adoption Provide hands-on guidance, light training, and documentation so teams use ERP and reporting tools consistently and effectively. - Continuous Improvement Support Identify practical, near-term improvements in system usage, reporting, and automation; assist with testing and rollout of enhancements.

What This Role Is Not - Not a passive ticket-taker or report factory - Not a remote-only role - Not an ERP reimplementation or transformation lead - Not a strategy or roadmap ownership position Qualifications (Required) - Experience understanding data and database structures and translating them into solutions that meet business needs - Hands-on experience with database connectivity, reporting, and visualization tools - Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing or operational environment (e.g., Infor SyteLine, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms) preferred - Direct experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is a plus, not required - Familiarity with ERP data structures, reporting tools, and system integration concepts; experience with tools such as SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms preferred - Experience working with data access and query methods (e.g., SQL, APIs, or similar tools) - Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Power Query, or similar) preferred - Demonstrated curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies - Experience working in environments where systems, processes, and teams are still maturing-and helping bring structure and clarity-is highly valued - Comfortable working directly with operators, planners, and frontline users to solve problems in real time What We Offer: - The opportunity to be a key player in a forward-thinking company with significant recent investments in modern technology. - A chance to influence and impact company results and teammates every day. - A dynamic and collaborative environment where your contributions are valued
