Esko Roofing and Sheet Metal is looking for a skilled Commercial Roofing and Sheet Metal professional to join our team in Metro Detroit, MI. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on exciting commercial projects where your craftsmanship and expertise will make a real impact. Esko Roofing and Sheet Metal is seeking qualified and motivated individuals for commercial roofing and sheet metal installation. Join us and become a team member with one of the leading commercial roofing contractors in Michigan. We specialize in the installation and repair of single ply roofing systems such as EPDM, PVC, and TPO. We are also one of the premier installers of standing seam sheet metal roofing, insulated metal wall panels, architectural wall panel systems (ACM), and edge metal systems. We are not only offering a job opportunity, but a long-term-career opportunity.

We offer continuous onsite training with employees. Reliable transportation to jobsites daily is a requirement. OSHA 10 or 30 cards is a plus but not required. Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems including flat, low-slope, and membrane roofs
  • Install, and finish sheet metal components such as flashings, gutters, downspouts, and copings
  • Apply roofing materials including TPO, EPDM, PVC
  • Safely operate tools and equipment including lifts, ladders, and power tools on commercial job sites
  • Collaborate with project leads and crew members to meet project timelines and quality standards
  • Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety protocols on every job site
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in commercial roofing and/or sheet metal work is preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC
  • Sheet metal fabrication and installation experience preferred
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions safely
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb tall ladders, and work comfortably at significant heights in various weather conditions.
