  • Satisfied - we celebrate achievement, then set our sights on new goals.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form heavy-duty American steel components for our industrial storage products. You will read technical blueprints, select the proper tooling, and conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure our products maintain their signature "obsessively overbuilt" standard. This position requires strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, physical stamina, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.

  • Passion for winning: Achieving production goals, maintaining tight geometric tolerances, and driving continuous improvement motivates you.
  • Relatable experience: Prior experience operating press brakes or working in precision sheet metal fabrication is highly valued!
  • Driven to succeed: You are passionate about craftsmanship, precision, and building things that last.
  • Passion for learning: You will receive specialized on-the-job training tailored to our heavy-duty machinery.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and program press brake machines by selecting the correct dies, punches, and back gauges according to blueprint specifications.
  • Form and bend sheet metal and steel plate to precise angles and dimensions for cabinets, workstations, and carts.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and technical drawings to determine material requirements and bending sequences.
  • Inspect finished components using measuring tools (calipers, squares, and tape measures) to ensure strict adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and highly organized workstation.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift heavy steel objects and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to read engineering drawings/blueprints, a standard tape measure, and perform accurate mathematical calculations.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with manual or CNC machinery.
  • Work environment is a non-temperature-regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
  • Must pass a drug screen, physical, and criminal background check.

Benefits:

  • Competitive compensation, biannual increases & bonuses
  • Benefits-Health, Dental, & Vision
  • Employer Paid Benefits-Life & Disability
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off
