Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Brake Press Operator for our manufacturing client, Wyser Innovative Products, LLC., to start immediately at a competitive wage. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
  • Set up, calibrate, and operate press brake machinery to produce high-precision metal components
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Select and change tooling; adjust machine settings such as ram positions and speeds
  • Record production data and scrap rates accurately within the ERP system
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety inspections on equipment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace that promotes safety and efficiency
  • Perform first-piece inspections and adjust as needed to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate operational issues promptly
  • Adhere to all safety policies, industry regulations, and company procedures
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Hilo certification may be necessary
  • At least 1 year of press brake operation or metal fabrication experience preferred
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings
  • Familiarity with tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures
  • Good eyesight, including depth perception and color differentiation
