The company designs and builds advanced systems that fully automate the brazing process for evaporator and condenser coils in the HVAC industry. Its technologies focus on delivering superior efficiency, precision, and consistency in production environments. Team members contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions that support customers across a wide range of industries.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Metal Fabricator role based in Greenville, TX. The Metal Fabricator will prepare, cut, weld, shape, and assemble metal components used in automated brazing systems, following blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Daily tasks include welding/fabricating large-scale automated systems, operating hand and power tools, performing grinding and finishing work, and inspecting parts for quality and accuracy. The role also involves safely moving materials and assemblies within the facility, collaborating with engineering and production teams, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The Metal Fabricator is expected to follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in fabrication processes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated proficiency in metalworking, including welding, cutting, forming, and assembling metal components.
  • Proficient in MIG and TIG welding of carbon steel and stainless steel.
  • Skilled in the safe use of hand tools and power tools for fabrication and finishing tasks.
  • Experience with grinding operations to prepare, smooth, and finish metal surfaces.
