Jerico Metal Specialties is a national leader in architectural railings for commercial applications. Since 1996, we have engineered and fabricated custom railing systems using stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and glass. Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Metal Polisher to join our fabrication team. The Metal Polisher will be responsible for finishing and refining metal components to meet Jerico’s high standards of quality and precision. In addition to polishing and grinding work, the candidate will also assist with general labor activities in the shop and may be called upon to travel to job sites to help with product installation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform polishing, grinding, and finishing on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
  • Use hand tools, grinders, cutting wheels, and other fabrication tools safely and effectively.
  • Smooth welded joints and prepare surfaces for final finishing.
  • Assist with general labor tasks in the shop as needed.
  • Participate in field installation of custom railing systems at job sites.
  • Inspect work for quality and accuracy to meet project specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Support the shop team in achieving production schedules and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Experience in metal polishing, grinding, or related fabrication work (preferred).
  • Comfortable working with hand tools, grinders, cutting wheels, and other finishing tools.
