A Senior Software Lead Business Analyst is needed to play a crucial role in connecting business requirements to technical solutions. 

This role involves engaging with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, transforming them into actionable functional specifications. 

Responsibilities include evaluating existing processes, offering solutions to drive business value, and ensuring project success under tight timelines.

1. Pharma & Lab Knowledge

Understanding of pharmaceutical development, lab operations, and instruments (e.g., HPLC, LIMS, ELN, EMPOWER).

2. Data Integration

Experience with Tetrascience platform, APIs, and building/managing ETL/data pipelines.

3. Ontology & Standards

Familiarity with Allotrope Ontology, semantic data modelling, and metadata tagging.

4. Data Science Collaboration

Ability to interpret business needs into data requirements; basic grasp of data science tools and workflows.

5. Business Analysis (BA) Fundamentals

Proficiency in requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and documenting business processes.
