Position Summary:

Responsible for creating engaging written content to grow target audiences across multiple channels and brands.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized blog articles that support customer education, product discovery, and brand authority

  • Develop clear, compelling product descriptions that highlight features, benefits, and use cases

  • Translate technical product details into customer-friendly language

  • Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all written content

  • Conduct keyword research to identify content and optimization opportunities

  • Optimize existing and new content for on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking, etc.)

  • Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to align content with SEO and acquisition goals

  • Monitor performance and recommend improvements based on rankings, traffic, and engagement data

  • Support content planning aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives

  • Partner with designers, product managers, and digital marketers to bring content to life across channels

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required:

  • Strong software skills: Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and aptitude for learning new software.

  • Writing experience or familiarity with automotive aftermarket preferred.

  • Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills.

  • Creativity and adaptability.

  • Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends.

  • Internet savvy, strong knowledge of social media and related apps.

  • Excellent presentation and inter-personal skills.

  • Highly organized, creative and able to juggle many projects simultaneously.

  • Work autonomously when needed to push projects through tight timelines.

Position Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related area preferred, or equivalent experience

Experience:

3+ years of marketing experience in written communications.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Office Environment

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

May occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
