Marketing Specialist: Social Media & Performance

Inspire Communities

Greenwood Village, CO • On-site

Full-time

Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO

Posted 13 days ago

Job description

For more than thirty years, Inspire Communities and its predecessor companies have developed, acquired, and managed manufactured housing communities nationwide. Today we are one of the country's largest owners and operators of manufactured housing communities and recreational vehicle resorts. We create vibrant, affordable communities for working families and retirees and attractive vacation destinations for seasonal travelers. With financial sponsorship from one of the world's largest alternative investment managers, we bring institutional discipline to our entrepreneurial roots and are positioned for continued significant growth.
Why Choose Inspire Communities?
At Inspire Communities, we empower our employees to grow, succeed, and make a difference-both in our communities and in their careers. If you're looking for a rewarding role where your work is valued, apply today!
Job Summary:
The Marketing Specialist: Social Media & Performance is responsible for the strategy, creation, execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of Inspire's paid social media advertising program, with an immediate and primary focus on Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
This is a hands-on, performance-driven role responsible for actively building and managing paid social campaigns-not simply boosting posts or maintaining existing advertisements. This individual will create campaigns and ad sets, develop audiences, build advertising content and creative concepts, monitor performance, test new strategies, adjust investment, and make proactive recommendations designed to increase qualified lead volume, engagement, conversion, and return on advertising spend.
This role directly owns the performance and continuous improvement of Inspire's paid social advertising strategy while collaborating closely with the broader Marketing team.
What You'll Do
  • Own the day-to-day strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of Inspire's paid social media advertising campaigns.
  • Build, launch, manage, and continuously optimize campaigns and ad sets across Meta platforms.
  • Build and continuously refine paid social audiences based on geography, demographics, behaviors, interests, customer profiles, and campaign objectives.
  • Develop paid social advertising concepts designed specifically for performance marketing.
  • Actively monitor and optimize paid social performance.
  • Monitor paid social advertising spend against approved budgets.
  • Develop and continuously improve Inspire's paid social retargeting strategy.
  • Maintain an active paid social testing roadmap.
  • Evaluate the complete journey from advertisement through lead conversion.
  • Work directly with Marketing and HubSpot teams to confirm paid social traffic and conversions are accurately tracked.
  • Provide regular performance updates and actionable recommendations to Sales and Marketing leadership.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is equal parts marketer, creative thinker, and performance analyst.
This individual does not launch an ad and wait for the results. They continually ask:
  • Which audiences are actually converting?
  • Which creative is stopping the scroll?
  • Are we reaching the right people or simply reaching more people?
  • Why is one market outperforming another?
  • Are we seeing creative or audience fatigue?
  • What should we test next?
  • Which campaigns deserve more investment?
  • Where are we wasting money?
  • How can we recapture people who previously showed interest?
  • Are these campaigns generating engagementor generating qualified prospects?

This individual must be comfortable directly owning and executing both the creative and analytical sides of paid social advertising while continually identifying opportunities to improve performance.
What We Offer
At Inspire Communities, we value our employees just as much as we value our residents. We offer the following benefits to our full-time (30+ hours per week) employees:
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance with multiple plans so you can choose the coverage that best suits the needs of you and your family
  • Financial Wellness & Savings: Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts, (FSA) and other options to help manage expenses with eligible plans
  • Retirement savings program with a company match
  • Competitive time off, including ten holidays, vacation, sick time, and more
  • Work-Life Balance Support: Employee Assistance Program (EAP), LifeBalance discounts, and other wellness resources
  • Professional development resources and opportunities, including tuition reimbursement for qualifying programs.

Inspire Communities is an equal opportunity employer. All aspects of employment including the decision to recruit, examine, hire, train, promote, discipline, or discharge, as well as every aspect of personnel policies, work assignments, work environment, and other benefit and privileges of employment, will be based on merit, competence, performance, and business needs and free from illegal discrimination.
