Data Center & Energy (DCE)

Analog Devices' Data Center & Energy (DCE) business unit delivers full power chain, data center infrastructure and energy solutions for hyperscale AI infrastructure, cloud computing, and energy systems. As AI workloads drive unprecedented growth in compute density and power consumption, DCE is evolving from a component supplier to a system-level solutions partner - working with customers including Google, AWS, AMD, NVIDIA, Meta, and Microsoft to architect and deliver innovative solutions at scale.

This shift demands a new level of cross-functional coordination. Strategic customer engagements now span multiple products, technologies, and development teams, with customers expecting integrated delivery aligned to large scale programs, rather than product-by-product execution. The CPMO Lead serves as the senior business unit point of coordination for critical customer programs, ensuring delivery commitments are met through orchestration of cross-functional teams, program governance, risk management, and executive engagement.

The role bridges Sales, FAE, Segment and Product Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Program Management - translating customer priorities into executable plans and driving predictable delivery. The CPMO Lead will work closely with existing Program and Project Managers to drive coordinated execution across products, technologies, and organisations. As customer engagements grow in complexity and scale, this position is essential to accelerating time-to-revenue and enabling DCE's next phase of growth.
