About the Role

Filevine is seeking a creative, platform-native Social Media Content Manager to drive the execution, production, and publishing of our social media presence across LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and X (Twitter). This role is dedicated to transforming high-level strategy into elevated, platform-ready assets that capture the Filevine brand and executive voice.

The ideal candidate is a tech savvy, self-motivated maker who can blend high-end design with strategic writing to produce value-driven messaging. You should be well-versed with content optimization, understanding how to tailor a single idea to resonate across different channels, and be able to maintain a highly organized workflow.

Responsibilities
  • Effective Prioritization: Recognize urgent priorities and execute quickly while taking direction and delivering accurate high quality content 

  • Strategy & Calendar Management: Execute the overarching social media strategy by maintaining an editorial calendar for a consistent publishing cadence.

  • Asset Production & Design: Create high-quality, platform-ready visual assets and short-form video in partnership with the Brand Department.

  • Copywriting & Thought Leadership: Write compelling, value-driven social copy tailored to Filevine's brand voice and specific executive personas.

  • Publishing & Optimization: Manage the full content lifecycle-from ideation to final review-ensuring all posts are technically optimized for their specific platforms.

  • Community Engagement: Monitor and manage daily community interactions to keep the brand responsive, human, and engaged.

  • Advocacy Programs: Run internal and external brand advocacy programs to boost organic reach and employee participation.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner and build relationships with internal teams to translate complex legal tech and AI concepts into highly digestible social content that supports broader business goals.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, social media execution, or creative production, preferably for B2B or SaaS brands.

  • Management & Strategy: Ability to recognize and execute pressing tasks accurately while prioritizing deadlines 

  • Exceptional Video Skills: Proven ability to capture and edit high-quality video content.

  • Design & Writing: Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated design aesthetics and the ability to write in a specific brand/executive voice.

  • Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of how to optimize content for LinkedIn, Meta, and X.

  • Highly Organized: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

  • Nice to have: Experienced and fluent in Sprout Social.
