What are Meta Fair jobs?

Meta Fair jobs refer to positions available at Meta (formerly Facebook) that are related to organizing, managing, or supporting career fairs and recruitment events. These roles often involve event planning, coordination with hiring managers, and engaging with potential candidates. The goal is to create a positive candidate experience and ensure that Meta attracts diverse, high-quality talent. Meta Fair jobs may also include roles in employer branding and outreach to universities or professional organizations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Meta Fair organizer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Meta Fair organizer, you need strong event planning, project management, and organizational skills, typically backed by experience in logistics and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with event management software, budgeting tools, and digital marketing platforms is often necessary. Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities help you effectively manage teams and engage participants. These competencies are crucial for delivering successful, well-coordinated events that meet organizational goals and attendee expectations.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in Meta's Fairness (Meta Fair) team, and how can applicants prepare for them?

Professionals on Meta's Fairness team often encounter the challenge of balancing technical innovation with ethical considerations, especially when developing algorithms that impact millions of users. The role requires navigating complex data sets, identifying and mitigating potential biases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, policy, and legal. To prepare, applicants should strengthen their understanding of machine learning fairness, develop strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and stay updated on the latest research in responsible AI. A proactive approach to continuous learning and openness to interdisciplinary collaboration will be especially valuable.

Job description

Description What We're Looking For
At Meltwater, we're looking for a highly analytical, performance-driven Paid Media Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
This role is ideal for someone who is deeply hands-on in paid search and obsessed with performance optimization. You thrive in the details - from manual bidding strategies and audience targeting to conversion data, and campaign experimentation. You're constantly testing, refining, and improving campaigns to drive stronger business outcomes.
As Paid Media Manager, you will own multi-channel paid media programs across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital channels. You'll partner closely with the Global Digital Marketing team, Marketing Operations and Field Marketing teams to align on strategy and broader demand generation goals.
At Meltwater, you'll join a collaborative and data-driven marketing organization where experimentation, innovation, and measurable impact are highly valued.

What You'll Do
  • Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other digital channels, with a primary focus on Paid Search across Google and Microsoft (approximately 80% of the role).
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance through hands-on management of bidding strategies, budget allocation, targeting, audience segmentation, ad creative, and landing pages.
  • Run structured tests across keywords, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance data to identify actionable insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing and Sales to drive pipeline and ACV growth, and gather ongoing feedback to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Stay organized by documenting and tracking campaign spend, projects, and performance, including manually reviewing booked deals against paid media campaigns.
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to continuously evolve Meltwater's paid media strategy.

What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Paid Search or Paid Media, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
  • Strong experience with manual bidding strategies, landing page optimization, audience targeting, and budget management, is a must.
  • Deep hands-on expertise managing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and other paid media platforms.
  • Experience running structured experiments and A/B testing across creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio/Tableau, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing departments and sales teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a passion for continuous optimization.
  • The ability to legally work in the country of hire is required for this position.
What We Offer:
  • Flexible paid time off that allows you to have an enhanced work-life balance
  • Excellent medical, dental, and vision options
  • Complimentary CalmApp subscription for you and your loved ones, because mental wellness matters.
  • Energetic work environment with a hybrid work style, providing the balance you need.
  • Thrive within our inclusive community and seize ongoing professional development opportunities to elevate your career.
Start Date: July 2026
