What are Meta Fair jobs?

Meta Fair jobs refer to positions available at Meta (formerly Facebook) that are related to organizing, managing, or supporting career fairs and recruitment events. These roles often involve event planning, coordination with hiring managers, and engaging with potential candidates. The goal is to create a positive candidate experience and ensure that Meta attracts diverse, high-quality talent. Meta Fair jobs may also include roles in employer branding and outreach to universities or professional organizations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Meta Fair organizer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Meta Fair organizer, you need strong event planning, project management, and organizational skills, typically backed by experience in logistics and stakeholder coordination. Familiarity with event management software, budgeting tools, and digital marketing platforms is often necessary. Excellent communication, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities help you effectively manage teams and engage participants. These competencies are crucial for delivering successful, well-coordinated events that meet organizational goals and attendee expectations.

What are some common challenges faced by professionals working in Meta's Fairness (Meta Fair) team, and how can applicants prepare for them?

Professionals on Meta's Fairness team often encounter the challenge of balancing technical innovation with ethical considerations, especially when developing algorithms that impact millions of users. The role requires navigating complex data sets, identifying and mitigating potential biases, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, policy, and legal. To prepare, applicants should strengthen their understanding of machine learning fairness, develop strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and stay updated on the latest research in responsible AI. A proactive approach to continuous learning and openness to interdisciplinary collaboration will be especially valuable.

Job description

The Mission
As a Digital Marketing Specialist at AdPro, you own the paid media strategy and client relationship for a portfolio of accounts - Google Ads and Meta Ads are the core of the role, backed up by SEO strategy, email, and reporting. You're the person a client calls when they want to know what's working, what's next, and why.
This is not a growth-track, execution-only seat. You'll be trusted with client relationships and campaign strategy from day one, working alongside senior strategists rather than under them. You'll partner closely with our in-house developer on anything website-related, so your focus stays on strategy and performance rather than backend build work. For the right candidate with strong instincts and client presence, this role is a direct path toward a senior/lead strategist position.
You will support a diverse portfolio of brands, including the Colorado State Fair, UCHealth Next Chapter, and Phil Long Dealerships. This is the seat for a marketer who's sharp with paid media, comfortable presenting results directly to clients, and confident in SEO and content to guide strategy without needing to implement every technical fix.
Why AdPro?
We believe in hiring amazing human beings and building career paths around their goals. Our culture is collaborative, supportive, and high-energy.
Wellness First: On-site medical clinic, free personal training, and full workout facilities.
True Hybrid Flexibility: Work from home two days a week after your initial 90 day training period which is in-office
Community Impact: Paid volunteer programs and regular team nonprofit events.
Stability & Growth: Join a team of over 30 dynamic professionals, working directly alongside senior strategists with a clear path to leadership.
Scope of the Role
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own paid media performance and client-facing strategy across a portfolio, ensuring campaigns and reporting translate into clear next steps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (budgets, targeting, creative tests, pacing)
- Lead day-to-day client communication and present recommendations with confidence
- Shape integrated strategy across paid, organic, and email efforts
- Set SEO direction (keywords, content guidance, local visibility) with implementation supported by our in-house developer
- Coordinate website updates and QA with the developer; handle basic WordPress content edits
- Build, test, and schedule email campaigns; maintain list health and segmentation
- Create dashboards in Looker Studio/DataBox and maintain GA4 events/goals for accurate measurement
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads management
- Experience owning client relationships
- Comfortable in WordPress for pages/posts/basic edits
- Proficiency with GA4 and SEO tooling (e.g., SE Ranking/Semrush/Ahrefs)
If you're ready to lead strategy, communicate clearly, and improve performance month over month, apply today.
A Typical Workday
You'll start by checking pacing and performance across active Google Ads and Meta Ads, then review key signals in GA4 to confirm tracking is telling the right story. Mid-morning is often client-facing: you'll walk stakeholders through dashboards, answer questions directly, and align on what to test next. Between meetings, you'll translate keyword research into content direction, refine messaging for landing pages, and coordinate priorities with our in-house developer-providing clear scopes and timely QA so changes ship cleanly. Later in the day, you'll build or schedule email sends, verify segmentation, and document insights for monthly reporting. You'll close out by summarizing wins, risks, and next steps so both you and your clients stay aligned on performance.
Benefits Package
We offer a benefits package designed to support your health, time off, and long-term planning, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage; 401(k); Life Insurance; Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options; Paid Time Off; Employee Discounts; and a competitive salary.
