Job Title

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business Administration, Applied Mathematics or Statistics, or closely related field. Masters/PhD preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in data and analytics with progressively increasing responsibility including 3+ years managing a team in a dynamic environment.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in solving complex business problems using data science, statistical techniques and machine learning to build predictive and prescriptive solutions to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of statistical methods and robust inference.
  • Ability to draw insights and conclusions from data to inform experiment design and business decisions through rigorous analysis and meta-analysis.
  • Desire to collaborate with other product managers, data scientists, data analysts, and key business partners.
  • Experience developing both machine learning and descriptive algorithms/modelling using languages as Python, R, NLP etc.
  • 4+ years of experience with diverse structured and unstructured data sets on relational – SQL, NOSQL databases.
  • 5+ years of experience with one or more of Enterprise Visualization Tools: Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, macros, PowerPivot, advanced functions.
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure and/or GCP and familiarity with their AI/Client services.
  • Comfortable formulating actionable insights and recommendations from analytics into presentations (using PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.) and presenting results to various levels of management.
