Job description

Position Overview:

The Sr. Marketing Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of HomeServe’s paid social campaigns. This person will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing to drive direct acquisition from existing campaigns and find new opportunities for customer growth. This will involve assisting in campaign strategy, pulling and analyzing reports and optimizing current marketing to ensure achievement of established performance. This person will be part of a growing team and will be very hands-on in the visualization, execution and administration of omni-channel marketing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the strategy and management for paid social, working closely with Sr. Manager, Growth Marketing.
  • Monitor acquisition performance and budgets for paid social to ensure targets are met
  • Conduct thorough analysis of media campaigns and competitive research via management platform and reporting tools.
  • Work with design team(s) on creation of digital acquisition assets to drive transactional and advertising revenue
  • Support adhoc projects that relate to audience acquisition as directed by senior management
  • Contribute to internal status meetings and external agency meetings
  • Identity new opportunities to maximize marketing programs and partners for testing
  • Ensure best practices and methodologies are used in campaign management for pristine execution

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in marketing or business discipline.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, with a focus in paid social and Meta
  • Pinterest, Reddit, and Next-door paid experience, a major plus
  • Experience with subscription and/or insurance products a plus
  • Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other social ad platforms a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office including proficiency in Excel.
  • Independent worker and a self-starter. Eagerness to learn.
  • Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned

Salary Range (Norwalk, CT): $68,966.38 - $91,955.17

Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
