At OBI, we are modern marketers. Our passion for using customer insights to drive innovation and deliver dreams is at the heart of everything we do. We believe strong marketing connects insight, creativity, and execution to help our clients achieve their goals.

Our culture is shaped by five core values — Curiosity, Collaboration, Tenacity, Responsibility and Innovation — which guide how we approach our work, support one another and deliver to our clients.

The Opportunity

OBI Creative is seeking a talented Marketing Writer who can develop compelling campaign ideas and bring them to life through clear, engaging messaging across a variety of marketing channels.

This role will work on campaign copywriting, including headlines, ad copy, and promotional messaging, while also contributing to content marketing initiatives such as website copy, blogs, and email campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strong creative thinker who enjoys developing ideas, crafting persuasive messaging, and adapting tones across multiple brands and industries.

You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, and media specialists to translate marketing strategies into effective messaging that supports integrated marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Campaign Copywriting: Develop compelling campaign messaging including headlines, taglines, ad copy and promotional messaging across digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Creative Concept Development: Participate in campaign ideation sessions for assigned projects, helping shape creative concepts and messaging approaches before writing execution begins.
  • Advertising & Promotional Copy: Write advertising copy for digital campaigns including paid social, display, programmatic and search, ensuring messaging aligns with campaign goals and audience insights.
  • Content Writing: Create longer-form marketing content such as website copy, blog posts, email campaigns, landing pages and case studies that support marketing strategies and brand storytelling.
  • Messaging & Brand Support: Assist with the development of messaging frameworks, brand voice guidelines and persona-driven messaging that inform campaign and content creation.
  • Social Media Writing: Write social media copy that supports both organic content strategies and paid social campaigns.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, strategists, media specialists and account teams to ensure messaging aligns with creative direction and integrated marketing plans.
  • Research & Audience Understanding: Conduct research on client industries, audiences and competitors to strengthen messaging relevance and effectiveness.
  • Editing & Quality Control: Review and refine written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy and consistency with brand voice.

About You

  • You enjoy developing ideas and turning them into messaging that captures attention and inspires action.
  • You’re comfortable moving between different writing formats, from short, punchy headlines to longer content pieces.
  • You enjoy collaborating with creative and strategic teammates to build integrated marketing campaigns.
  • You’re curious about how messaging, storytelling, and brand voice evolve in modern marketing.

What We Offer

  • A collaborative and supportive workplace where your ideas matter
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • A positive workplace culture
  • Flexibility and work-life balance

Why Join Us?

You’ll work with talented people who care deeply about the work we produce and the results we achieve for clients. If you enjoy creative problem solving, continuous learning, and working in a team environment, we’d love to meet you.

At OBI Creative, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and walks of life.
