AspenTech's Industrial AI value framework centers on agility, efficiency, and autonomy, with AVA helping orchestrate AspenTech solutions and industrial data fabric capabilities aggregating and contextualizing data and models.
Agility: helps customers adapt faster to business conditions, operating constraints, and new opportunities to create value.
Efficiency: helps the workforce make decisions faster through explainable recommendations, domain-aware insights, and guided workflows.
Autonomy: helps free engineers for more critical activities by optimizing tasks and advancing toward more autonomous industrial workflows.
Your Impact
  • Own the product marketing strategy for AspenTech's Industrial AI portfolio, including positioning, messaging, segmentation, commercialization priorities, and go-to-market direction.
  • Define and drive the portfolio narrative for Industrial AI across AspenTech, clearly explaining how AI, machine learning, hybrid models, generative AI, agentic AI, and industrial data fabric capabilities create differentiated customer value through agility, efficiency, and autonomy.
  • Partner with Product Management, AI leaders, R&D, and commercial stakeholders to shape launch strategy, roadmap storytelling, market introduction plans, and adoption priorities for AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into clear value propositions that connect technical differentiation to measurable business outcomes for technical, operational, commercial, and executive audiences.
  • Develop sales enablement tools that help field teams communicate AI differentiation, including messaging frameworks, presentations, battlecards, competitive insights, demos, and buyer-oriented materials.
  • Lead development of customer-facing content to build awareness and demand, including solution briefs, presentations, web content, thought leadership, customer stories, event materials, and campaign content.
  • Support conference strategy and customer-facing events by shaping abstracts, presentations, demos, and proof points related to AspenTech's Industrial AI strategy and portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Industry Marketing to align Industrial AI messaging with market trends, industry challenges, digital transformation priorities, and high-value use cases across target verticals.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to ensure message consistency, commercial readiness, and effective field execution across the Industrial AI portfolio.

What You'll Need

  • 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or technical marketing for enterprise software, industrial software, AI software, analytics software, or other complex B2B software offerings.
  • At least 5 years of direct experience marketing AI-enabled products, AI-driven software solutions, machine learning products, predictive analytics, optimization software, generative AI applications, or advanced analytics offerings.
  • Proven experience owning product or portfolio marketing strategy for AI or technically complex software, including positioning, messaging, portfolio narrative development, go-to-market direction, market segmentation, and launch planning.
  • Working knowledge of AI product concepts such as machine learning, model training, model accuracy, data requirements, explainability, trust, guardrails, human-in-the-loop workflows, agentic workflows, AI orchestration, and responsible AI positioning.

  • Strong understanding of Industrial AI, enterprise software, industrial software, analytics, predictive analytics, generative AI, agentic AI, hybrid modeling, industrial data fabric, or adjacent technical domains.
  • Experience translating complex AI functionality into differentiated customer value, commercial messaging, executive narratives, and sales-ready enablement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing, storytelling, and analytical skills.
  • Self-directed, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to lead across a global, matrixed organization.
