Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using React within the Java React technology stack Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications Mentor and guide development teams to adopt best practices in React and Java development Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technology strategy Drive code quality through rigorous code reviews and automated testing Manage complex technical challenges and provide solutions aligned with business goals
