Branch Manager--Southern Oregon


Job Description:

The Southern Oregon Branch Manager will identify, maintain, and improve the relationships and work experience for our service technicians.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • This listing is not to be construed as all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
  • Performs weekly/daily check-in with local Technicians to troubleshoot failures and celebrate successes.
  • Maintains vehicle check lists and assists in communicating maintenance needs. 
  • Assists with evaluating driver routes and timecards to ensure technicians are efficient. 
  • Monitor service technicians’ daily activities.
  • Support to develop service budget and monetary resources required to accommodate existing and future maintenance.
  • Coordinate technical seminars of training for regional service associates and supervise training program completion.
  • Support internal staff, service technicians, customers, and sales staff with technical questions.
  • Make/receive phone calls from veterans and clients with technical questions.
  • Execute inspections on scheduled Work Orders, warehouse, Vehicles, and amenities etc.
  • Coordinate with Senior Warehouse Manager and National Service Manager on projects, policies, and procedures to ensure production is effective and efficient as possible.
  • Conduct safety inspection and conformance to ensure it represents and reflects the top quality of Warrior Service Company LLC.
  • Manage installation, service, and maintenance of installed equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide services with the aim to exceed regional and customer expectations along with attaining company targets.
  • Plan, assign and direct work of service technicians outside of scheduled routes.
  • Appraise performance, reward, and discipline service technicians.
  • Ensure to address complaints and resolve problems.
  • Involve actively in team effort through routine communication with departmental management.
  • Utilize SalesForce CRM to ensure projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Manage special projects as assigned by the National Service Manager
  • Focus on process improvement and continuous improvement
  • Keep employees motivated and performing at a high level
  • Supervise the Field Service Technicians in the region; address employees’ concerns and/or performance concerns in real time; maintains proper documentation as needed.


MARGINAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Assists warehouse personnel as necessary.
  • Assists with cleaning warehouse and other areas.


TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

  • Provides patient with orientation and instruction on the proper use of equipment.
  • Responds to patient inquiries on equipment set-up and usage.
  • Performs follow-up servicing of equipment in the field as necessary.
  • Performs minor repair of equipment as required.
  • Performs documentation tasks including obtaining signatures from Veterans upon delivery; completes driver log; completes vehicle pre-trip and post-trip checklists.
  • Assists in cleaning and disinfecting used equipment as needed.
  • Performs daily vehicle maintenance and safety checks on assigned vehicle; cleans vehicles following use.
  • Regular and reliable attendance at work required.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • 5 years of work experience with warehouse management and warehouse inventory control.
  • 2 years of work experience as a traveling manager.
  • Experience with SalesForce for project completion.
  • Preferred work experience with Access and Mobility Devices including the assembly of electrical equipment plus low voltage electrical work experience.
  • Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Test


SALARY:

  • $74k-78k with bonus potential
