Job description

Merit Professional Services is looking to hire a full-time Erosion control installation specialist for our DFW region.
NOTE: This is not a remote position.

The position's job duties and responsibilities include:
  • Perform installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment controls.
  • Perform general labor tasks on a daily basis.
  • Assist with loading materials onto crew truck/trailer daily.
  • Work as a supportive member of a 3-man crew.
  • Other duties as requested by management.
  • Always follow safety protocols.

Compensation: This position pays $17hr and up-based experience.

Benefits: 
  • After your first 90 days of employment, you will be eligible to sign up for our company health insurance policy, dental insurance policy, and vision insurance policy. Merit contributes $400.00/month toward the insurance plan you choose. 
  • Detailed insurance plan documentation will be provided to you during your onboarding process.
  • Paid time off for vacation, illness, and holidays are also available to you. You will accrue.
  • 40 hours of paid time off per year. PTO must be scheduled with your supervisor in advance.
