Commercial Painter

Compensation:
  • This is a full-time, hourly position
  • The rate of pay is dependent on experience ($24-$30/hr)
  • Overtime-Eligible
  • Benefits Eligible: 65% paid family health insurance, dental, paid life insurance, paid short amp; long-term disability, FSA, dependent care benefits, 401k with company match, and paid time off
Requirements:
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Has minimum 2 years painting experience
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • OSHA 10 or willingness to get
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone or mobile device
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs., climb ladders
  • This position reports to Kaloutas Project Foreman
Expectations:
  • Consistently arrives to jobsite on-time
  • Experience in commercial painting
  • Brings own tools to job site
  • Treats co-workers with respect
  • Completes timesheet every Friday
  • Checks phone and returns calls and emails within 24 hours
  • Completes all required safety training
