LPN โ€“ Night Shift (13-Week Contract) | Meridian Center

Job Overview
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment supporting our CareerStaff client at Meridian Center. This is a night shift role focused on high-quality bedside care, accurate documentation, and strong teamwork.

Assignment Details
Shift: 3 (Night)
Schedule: 11:00 PM โ€“ 7:30 AM
Meal Break: 30 minutes
Duration: 13 weeks
Start: ASAP / Next available start date
Setting/Unit: Meridian Center (unit details shared during screening)
Pay Rate: $34.30/hour

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care within LPN scope of practice and facility policies
Administer medications and treatments as ordered and document accurately
Monitor patient condition, report changes promptly, and escalate concerns as needed
Perform basic clinical procedures (vitals, wound care support, specimen handling, etc.)
Maintain patient safety, infection control, and HIPAA compliance
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure timely, complete charting and shift-to-shift handoff communication

Required Qualifications
Active LPN license in the state of assignment (must be in good standing)
1+ year recent LPN experience preferred (SNF/LTC/rehab experience a plus)
BLS/CPR (AHA preferred, if required by facility)
Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work overnight shifts reliably and complete the full 13-week assignment
