Position Title: Clinician MAT/OTP Mobile Services
Salary: Unlicensed - $50,872
Licensed/Master's - $66,187 (0-3 years), $68,394 (3-6 years), $71,703 (6+ years)Program: Medical Assisted Treatment Program (MAT)
Location: Gainesville, FL
Qualified supervision to obtain state licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LMHC) provided by Meridian.

About the Role
As a MAT Clinician, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational excellence and strategic direction of Meridian. You will
  • Complete bio-psychosocial assessment of assigned clients within 24 hours of admission.
    • Collaborate with the onboard RN to support the delivery of MAT services to clients, both in-person and via telehealth.
      • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the RV, including routine checks and minor maintenance.
      • Assist with client intake and support as needed, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
      • Document driving logs, mileage, and service locations accurately and promptly.
      • Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Counsel substance abuse and dual diagnosis clients, individually and in group sessions, to assist in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life, and making changes.
  • Complete and maintain accurate records and reports regarding the patients' histories and progress, services provided, and other required information.
  • Develop individualized client treatment plans within 7 days of admission, based on research, clinical experience, and client histories.
  • Review and evaluate clients' progress in relation to measurable goals and objectives described in treatment and care plans.
  • Interview clients, review records, and confer with other professionals in order to evaluate individuals' mental and physical condition, and to determine their suitability for participation in a specific program.
  • Intervene as advocate for clients or patients in order to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations.
What We're Looking Fo
  • Master's degree from an accredited university or collage with a major in: social work, counseling, psychology nursing, rehabilitation, special education, health education or related human services field. (Master's degree preferred)
  • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or Licensed Psychologist preferred.
  • At least one year of related experience required.
  • Training in the treatment of behavioral health disorders, human growth and development, evaluations, assignments, treatment planning, basic counseling and behavior management interventions, case management, clinical record documentation, psychopharmacology, abuse regulations, and recipient rights.
  • Knowledge of the Baker Act is preferred.
  • Must have a current Florida Driver's License with a clean driving record while meeting company insurance requirements.
    • Experience in Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) preferred.
