The Experience
Our Enterprise Business team partners with Salesforce's most strategic customers - organizations with 5,000+ employees - across the Manufacturing (including automotive, utilities, energy, oil, and gas) and Retail and Consumer Goods industries. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will drive growth by selling the full Salesforce Customer 360 platform, building trusted relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers, and helping customers realize lasting value from their Salesforce investments. You may be aligned to one of the following areas: Slack, NetZero Cloud, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Specialization Cloud, or Digital.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • Build and maintain positive, trusted relationships with key team members and C-suite decision makers across your assigned accounts, helping customers maximize the value of their Salesforce investments.
  • Develop and drive the overall long-term account strategy, aligned to customer business objectives, while coordinating internal Salesforce resources to meet customer needs.
  • Perform account planning at assigned accounts, partnering with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment and identify whitespace opportunities.
  • Share the Salesforce value proposition to drive growth within existing accounts and generate new business through both warm leads and prospecting.

You're Our Person If...
  • 8+ years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 5 years in enterprise sales.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
  • Ability to strategize and collaborate with a large, extended internal team.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
