This role offers broad exposure to executive leadership, strategic decision-making, and enterprise-wide initiatives in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. If you enjoy solving complex business problems, building financial insights, and partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role spending at least 3 days/week in office at our Columbus, OH headquarters. Occasional travel will be required.

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct industry, competitor, and market research to support M&A pipeline development and strategic growth initiatives
  • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate acquisition targets, investments, and strategic opportunities
  • Perform valuation analyses including discounted cash flow (DCF), precedent transaction, and comparable company analysis
  • Prepare executive presentations, investment memoranda, and recommendations for senior leadership and Board-level discussions
  • Support due diligence activities, transaction execution, and project coordination across multiple workstreams
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, HR, Operations, and business leaders to evaluate opportunities, risks, synergies, and integration considerations
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools, advanced analytics, Power BI, and automation solutions to improve reporting, streamline analysis, and drive continuous improvement across Corporate Development processes
  • Assist with post-transaction integration planning, project management and strategic analysis as needed
  • Contribute to a team culture built on collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
  • Ad hoc analysis and projects in support of the CFO, and executive team
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in investment banking, corporate development, consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, private equity, transaction advisory, or other analytical business environments preferred
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI, Capital IQ, FactSet, Tableau, or AI-enabled analytics tools is a plus
  • Passion for continuous improvement, automation, and finding smarter ways to work
Why you will love working here
  • Health, Dental, and Vision insurance that starts on your first day! Employer HSA contribution (up to $1,000/single or $2,000/family depending on plan type)
  • On-site Medical Center, Pharmacy, Barbershop, and fitness center
  • 401(K) Match + Employer contribution
