Job description

A global and top 200 Am Law firm seeks an associate to join their M&A Practice Group in their Austin office.


The ideal candidate must have 4-7 years of relevant experience, particularly in one or more of the areas of public and private company mergers and acquisitions, private equity buyouts, asset sales, tender and exchange offers, and other strategic transactions. Preferred candidates would have experience as a lead associate on M&A transactions, with experience drafting definitive transaction agreements and managing all other aspects of a strategic transaction. Superior academic credentials and/or law firm experience and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.
