Salary: $250,000 - $365,000+

A growing national law firm is seeking a Project Finance & Mergers & Acquisitions Associate Attorney to join its Minneapolis office.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in working on sophisticated project development, project finance, renewable energy, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions, and other complex transactional matters for a national client base.

Qualifications
  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Active Minnesota bar admission or ability to become admitted in Minnesota

  • Approximately 3-6 years of project finance, M&A, corporate, energy, or infrastructure transaction experience

  • Experience drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents

  • Strong analytical, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Excellent academic credentials

What You'll Do
  • Represent clients in project finance, renewable energy, and infrastructure transactions

  • Assist with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions
