Mercy Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) to join our team in a remote full-time capacity. This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually and provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.

The position is remote, allowing for flexibility in your schedule while working within a community health clinic framework. Our virtual setting is designed to foster collaboration among our mental health professionals, providing access to a wide array of resources and support as you work with diverse populations across Battle Ground, Washington, and beyond.

• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to gather pertinent information from clients.
• Provide ongoing evaluations of clients by synthesizing bio-psychosocial data from individuals, families, referral sources, and other relevant parties.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and demonstrate competencies that align with contemporary standards in chemical dependency treatment.
• Stay informed about available drug treatment facilities and relevant treatment modalities to guide clients effectively.
• Adapt treatment strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and sensitivity.

In this role, you will engage with a varied client base that includes individuals dealing with addiction and mental health challenges. Your work will be centered around providing empathetic support, facilitating assessments, and implementing personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Services/Sciences or a related field is required.
• Active Washington State licensure is mandatory, with LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT designations preferred.
• A commitment to confidentiality, ensuring the protection of all communications related to clients and colleagues.
• A drug-free lifestyle is essential; no misuse of alcohol or drugs while serving in a therapeutic capacity.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for effective client interactions and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in therapy, preferably in settings addressing chemical dependencies and mental health challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with and understand the needs of a diverse client population.
