About the Opportunity
  • Location: Mercy Health Defiance Family Practice, Defiance, OH
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient primary care
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (flexible scheduling available)
  • Patient Volume: Average of 22-28 patients per day
  • Diverse Patient Population: 25% pediatrics, 50% adults, 25% geriatrics
  • Call Schedule: Shared with current providers
