CRNA/CAA Position for Springfield, MO!

***$125,000 Commencement Bonus available***

Mercy Hospital is seeking CRNAs or CAAs to join our team in Springfield, Missouri! We need additional CRNAs or CAAs to meet the growing volumes of cases and exciting and rapid growth in the hospital across all procedure service lines.


This is an opportunity to practice under a medical supervision model and part of a team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists. We are focused on providing an exceptional experience for our patients and physicians!


This Position Offers

  • $125,000 commencement bonus available currently to fill critical staffing needs

  • Commencement payment requires 4-year commitment and would pay out with the first $75,000 up front, $25,000 after one year, and $25,000 at your two-year mark.

  • Revamped compensation model that was just recently updated and is looked at every year for possible raises

  • Full time, part time, PRN shifts are available, let us know your preference

  • Tuition Reimbursement now offered - Must be a Mercy Coworker for at least 12 months prior to course start date. Great for current Mercy RN's or MA's thinking about transitioning to an APP role.

  • Every 6th week off

  • Very flexible work/life balance

  • Occurrence professional liability coverage

  • Opportunity to work at other Mercy facilities for a change of pace and additional compensation
