Mercy Hospital Ardmore, located in southern Oklahoma, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible physician to join our Hospitalist team in Ardmore, Oklahoma. Mercy Hospital Ardmore is a full-service tertiary hospital with 190 licensed beds, a staff of nearly 1,100 and almost 100 physicians.

This Position Offers:

  • $100,000 incentive bonus!
  • 7-on/7-off schedule (182 shifts a year) – great work/life balance with flexible schedules
    • Days: 7 AM – 7 PM
    • Nights: 7 PM – 7 AM
  • Must be willing to rotate nights within the hospitalist group (1:10)
  • Work alongside board certified physicians with a variety of specialty consultations available
  • Must be comfortable managing ICU patients (basic vent management, intubation's, etc.) – Our units are also monitored 24/7 by Mercy's Virtual Care Center
  • This position does qualify for H1-B and J-1 waivers (Conrad 30)
  • Located near major metropolitan areas (Dallas/Fort Worth, Oklahoma City and Tulsa) – enjoy proximity to large cities without the hassle
