Your Role:
The Manufacturing Technician 2 at the Broadway site is responsible for setting up and preparing products according to current manufacturing procedures, cleaning up equipment and manufacturing suites after production operations, complete batch records during the production of products, and always follow all safety and quality policies. Responsibilities include:
  • Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm
  • Set up and operate processing equipment, including filter integrity testers, pumps, autoclaves, and high-throughput bag lines.
  • Perform production operations, such as aseptic gowning, hand-filling, equipment prep, and in-process assays.
  • Execute and document batch records in SAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness of logbooks and compliance with quality guidelines.
  • Coordinate material flow, including delivery of products to the warehouse using motorized pallet jacks and proper labeling of in-process items.
  • Clean equipment and work areas, manage waste disposal, and maintain compliance documentation.
  • Communicate production status and deviations, escalating issues to supervisors and supporting Manufacturing Tech 1 activities.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures, participate in required training, and take corrective action to resolve unsafe conditions.

Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 + years manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge in chemistry, mathematics, and science.
  • Experience with safe chemical handling methods.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Good computer, mechanical, troubleshooting, and organization.

  • Pay Range for this position: $19.00- $30.00 per hour.
  • The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
