Responsibilities
Monetization product-commerce ads(closed-loop direction) is the advertising product dedicated for TikTok Shop merchants/brands to grow their business on TikTok. TikTok Shop is an innovative new shopping feature that enables merchants, brands, and creators to showcase and sell products directly on TikTok through in-feed videos, LIVEs, the product showcase tab, and the shopping center (2nd tab of the TikTok app). Now TikTok Shop is available in SEA, EU,US, LATAM and JP. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Responsibilities: - Work with the lead Product Manager to develop the roadmap, build and launch Commerce ads products that help advertisers meet their business goals and generate business growth. - Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization. - Partner with Engineering, Design, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in computer science or a related technical discipline Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems - Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self-motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity - Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment - Able to intern for 3 months or longer; candidates available to work 5 days a week are preferred. - Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer 2027. [For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Hourly) - Campus Intern
The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $30- $50.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
