We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Merchandising Manager to help drive the growth of our DTC business by creating engaging online shopping experiences, executing high-impact marketing campaigns, and continuously optimizing the customer journey.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Shopify and Klaviyo expert to own the day-to-day digital merchandising and customer experience across two intimates and sleepwear websites.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives inside Shopify, understands how to merchandise premium brands, and knows how to execute high-performing email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo. You'll own the digital storefront, promotional calendar, onsite merchandising, and lifecycle campaign execution while partnering closely with Creative, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.

Beyond execution, you'll continually look for opportunities to improve the customer journey, increase conversion, and protect the premium brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

What You'll Own

Shopify Storefront & Digital Merchandising

You'll own the day-to-day merchandising and health of our Shopify storefronts, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality and aesthetic of our brands.

  • Own merchandising across homepage, collection pages, navigation, search, product recommendations, and promotional placements
  • Execute new product launches, seasonal collections, and promotional campaigns
  • Build and QA collection pages, landing pages, and merchandising updates
  • Maintain navigation, filters, search merchandising, and product organization
  • Optimize product discovery, cross-selling, upselling, and customer journey flow
  • Ensure desktop and mobile experiences remain polished, intuitive, and conversion-focused
  • Continuously audit the storefront for opportunities to improve conversion rate, average order value, and customer engagement
  • Monitor key ecommerce KPIs, including conversion, AOV, revenue, retention, and campaign performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve merchandising, customer journeys, and onsite conversion

Klaviyo Email & SMS Marketing

Own the execution of lifecycle and promotional marketing across both brands.

  • Build and schedule promotional email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Execute product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and brand announcements
  • Manage campaign calendars and deployment schedules
  • Perform thorough QA across email, SMS, links, personalization, and segmentation
  • Partner with Marketing to support lifecycle initiatives, personalization, A/B testing, and retention strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Promotional Calendar & Campaign Execution

Partner with Marketing and Creative to ensure every campaign launches flawlessly.

  • Own execution of the promotional calendar across both brands
  • Coordinate homepage updates, promotional banners, landing pages, discount codes, and merchandising updates
  • Partner closely with creative team to ensure assets are delivered on schedule
  • Manage campaign launch checklists and cross-functional readiness
  • Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time

Site Operations & Quality Assurance

Maintain a best-in-class ecommerce experience through operational excellence.

  • Own ongoing QA for site content, pricing, promotions, links, inventory visibility, and checkout functionality
  • Ensure product information, imagery, specifications, and merchandising assets remain accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate with developers and external partners to resolve bugs, enhancements, and site improvements
  • Develop scalable processes, documentation, and launch checklists that improve consistency and efficiency

We're Looking For Someone Who...

  • Is a Shopify and Klaviyo expert
  • Thinks like an owner and takes initiative
  • Notices details others miss and values flawless execution
  • Combines analytical thinking with strong attention to detail
  • Understands premium ecommerce and customer experience
  • Is highly organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Protects brand integrity while driving business results
