Job Overview:
The Merchandising Coordinator helps support daily tasks related to merchandise plans and buying activities. This role works with different teams to keep things organized and running smoothly.
The Coordinator helps track market trends and competitors to share basic insights with the team. They also assist with building relationships with vendors and may help with communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Input, tracking and verification of all item setup and assortment management; manage vendor entries within vendor portal, track SKU setup process to completion (stores & web), compile and input planogram information, manage ongoing assortment changes
  • Weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting, pull reporting prior to weekly brand touch bases
  • Track and complete price change forms
  • Pre-and-post marketing forecasting form setup and management
  • Input new launches into IMC decks
  • Track unit, collateral and tester delivery for new stores and expansions
  • Manage RTV tracker

Qualifications:
  • 0 to 2 years related experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, customer service, and organization skills
  • Agility and ability to perform in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Exceptionally strong Excel skills (Excel certification is a plus)
  • Self-motivation and an action/results-oriented mindset
  • Relationship management with a customer focus - this role will be vendor facing.
  • Retail or service experience is a plus
  • Manage seasonal unit updates for stores (Color only)
