Location: Calgary, AB
Job Type: Independent Contractor
Wage: $20 per hour + potential for bonus
Schedule: Multiple shift times available, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends

About the Role

At MCA, we take pride in being a leading Canadian Merchandising Company, providing top-notch services to Retailers and Consumer Packaged Goods companies across North America.

We are currently looking for reliable, energetic Merchandising Representatives to support a leading manufacturer's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) program in big box retail stores. In this role, you will work directly with the client's products after they have been delivered to the store, maintaining organized, well-stocked shelves and displays that support sales.

This is a fast-paced, physical role in a busy retail environment where multiple vendors, store employees, and deliveries happen simultaneously. Being able to work safely, stay organized, and communicate effectively is essential.

To represent MCA and our client in a professional manner while building positive relationships with store staff and management through:

  • Stocking and replenishing products following DSD deliveries
  • Rotating product to ensure freshness and quality
  • Building and maintaining displays and promotional signage
  • Monitoring inventory levels
  • Processing damaged, expired, and unsaleable products
  • Ensuring products are neatly arranged and ready for customers
  • Using smartphone apps to collect data, take photos, and complete reports
