Job Duties:

Personally run and execute the visual merchandising plan for your home showroom-setting floor plans, product placement, and galleries to plan-while also CAD planning and guiding execution for additional stores led by other Visual Associates.

Maintain a high percentage of floor set to plan in your home showroom, ensuring product placement aligns with visual and merchandising strategy.

Ensure visual execution directly supports the selling process, enabling sales teams to tell product stories and close sales.

Partner closely with store sales leadership to align visual changes with selling strategies, key product focuses, and traffic patterns.

Teach out floor plans and execution expectations to Warehouse Associate partners in your home store, enabling them to work independently and efficiently.

Communicate and teach out visual changes, product additions, and floor updates to the store Sales team to support selling conversations.

Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and presentation consistency across your home showroom and assigned areas.

Execute visual strategies and standards developed by the Director of Visual Merchandising with consistency and attention to detail.

Provide direction, coaching, and feedback to Visual Associates to ensure brand-right, sales-driven execution.

Support rollout of new assortments, seasonal transitions, floor sets, and merchandising initiatives.

Monitor execution quality across assigned locations using structured review processes and digital tools.

Analyze product and store-level performance with Merchandising to inform layout adjustments and product recommendations that drive sales and improve showroom productivity.

Communicate execution insights, challenges, and opportunities back to Visual and Merchandising leadership, adjusting layouts based on sales performance and customer behavior.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Retail, or related field, required. Equivalent relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.

Experience: 2-4 years of visual merchandising experience, required, preferably in a multi-store retail environment.

        Work Environment: Retail Floor/Office

        Schedule: Weekdays; Weekends, as needed.
