What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Merchandiser, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Merchandiser, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of retail or supply chain principles, often supported by a high school diploma or relevant experience. Familiarity with inventory management systems, planogram software, and data analysis tools is commonly required.
