Description
  • Comply at all times with Avion Hospitality standards and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Ensure the correct and timely setup of all Banquet Event Order functions.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout banquet function spaces, pre-function areas, and storage rooms, including carpets, walls, windows, and heating/air conditioning units.
  • Keep the banquet storeroom organized and stocked with necessary supplies for meetings or food service functions.
  • Be familiar with fire exits and extinguisher locations, and adhere to all hotel safety rules.
  • Break down function setups after completion and properly store all equipment and supplies.
  • Notify management of any hazards or safety concerns.
  • Perform other tasks or jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field preferred.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state and an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record, property-specific driving).
