Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Operations Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, ensure excellent customer service, and manage all aspects of operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate staff, optimize processes, and uphold our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of customer service
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members while fostering employee retention and development
  • Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales potential
  • Oversee payroll processing, bookkeeping, cash handling, and financial reporting
  • Implement marketing initiatives and sales strategies to boost customer engagement
  • Supervise management, daily operations, facility maintenance, and truck maintenance
