Operations & Inventory Manager |

$85,000–$100,000 + Benefits

brand. You'll work directly with ownership and play a critical role in managing inventory, overseeing

daily operations, coordinating logistics, and supporting our sales team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain inventory with exceptional accuracy.

• Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise.

• Process customer orders from start to finish.

• Record sales, memo transactions, invoices, payments, credits, and returns.

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments (FedEx, Malca-Amit, Brinks, etc.).

• Communicate with manufacturers regarding production timelines and order updates.

• Monitor inventory levels and perform regular inventory audits.

• Manage repairs, returns, memo inventory, and reconciliations.

• Support the sales team and ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to retailers and clients.

• Improve office systems and operational efficiency.

• Assist ownership with day-to-day operations and special projects.
