Job description

The Multi-Channel Commerce and Fulfillment (MCCF) Finance team seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to support the planning, close, and reporting processes for MCCF. MCCF enables merchants to meet shopper needs in an omnichannel world through Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime (BwP). This analyst will provide financial reporting, analysis, and process ownership across the monthly close cycle, weekly business reviews, goals rhythm, and corporate FP&A submissions. This role interacts regularly with the MCCF Finance leadership team, MCCF business leaders, ASCS Central FP&A, Corporate FP&A, and cross-functional partners in Product, Technology, and Operations.
Key job responsibilities
- Own the MCCF month-end close cycle end-to-end - including calendarization, coordination with business finance points of contact, template automation, monthly refresh of the MCCF management P&L and the Single Source of Truth for historical financials, first-pass variance commentary, and monthly close reporting to leadership.
- Own the MCCF section of the weekly finance business review - partnering with ASCS Central FP&A to align on reporting standards and deliver the MCCF weekly view.
- Own the MCCF goals rhythm () - including monthly goals reporting, pre-flight structural and style-guide review, contributor coordination, and quarterly S-Team and QBR goal updates.
- Own MCCF submissions to Corporate FP&A and WW Stores FP&A (in close coordination with the FP&A lead) - including OP1/OP2 templates, quarterly guidance inputs, and ad hoc requests.
- Own MCCF finance operational processes - including purchase order management, template maintenance, calendar and rhythm coordination, and other recurring finance operations.
- Serve as first responder for MCCF stakeholder ad hoc requests, escalating strategic or sensitive items appropriately.
- Drive continuous automation, AI adoption, and tool building across MCCF Finance - extending the team's existing AI-augmented workflows and identifying new opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate FP&A processes.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis
- Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
- Experience using financial models, KPIs, and data analysis to support business decisions
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or CPA
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
